Some things that I do personally to keep myself healthy is everyday I have something that's called 'the hour of power'.
So I go down to the gym, and I get my body moving, and I do five minutes of affirmations, I do five minutes of gratitude, because that's really important to be grateful for everything that you have.
And I do five minutes of setting up my day.
And then I do weight training, and every other day I do some cardio, so that's really good for my heart.
I do work out every day in some sort of way, either cardio, or with weights, or sometimes both.
I do try and eat very very well. I love fruits and vegetables. I don't eat a lot of meat, so I try and get my protein from things like tofu and broccoli and things like that. Vegetables are a huge part of my life.
Another thing I do to keep fit and healthy is I meditate. I meditate every day. It helps keeps my mind fresh and relaxed and de-stressed.
And I also do things like yoga, I stretch, I tap myself out a lot, which helps with circulation, I drink a lot of water, things like that.
And I try and be the healthiest person I can possibly be.
