My favourite sport is Tae Kwon Do.
I've been doing it now for about five years, and I recently finished. I stopped about six months ago.
I really enjoyed it. It's a lot of work though, and it can get pretty technical, especially when it comes to the techniques that you use, especially for the kicking. Because it's based primarily around kicking, and with the patterns that you do. Patterns, you use in competitions.
It's, as I said, a lot of fun, and I do enjoy it, but unfortunately I had to stop because work was getting in the way. I was training towards my black belt at the time. And I'm thinking of going back to it, but unfortunately at the moment I'm just too busy to do anything like that.
I quite like watching it in the Olympics. It was cool when it came on recently, and it's nice to see it on every four years or so. Especially seeing the pros do it. Seeing how it's properly done. It definitely gives you a bit of inspiration. And it's nice to see a sport that I do, actually at the Olympics.
