What I do to keep fit...

I eat healthy and I drink a lot of water.

And I walk and bike as much as I can. Especially because I live in the city, so anywhere that is not super far away, I usually walk or bike.

I also do weightlifting, and I go to spin class, and I do yoga, and sometimes I go running.
