First question. What is my favorite food and why?

In terms of food that I shouldn't eat, and is unhealthy for me, my favorite food would have to be pizza.

I'm trying to cut back on that, I'm trying to lose a little bit of weight and be able to stay, ah, stay muscular so I am, cutting out the pizza. But that would definitely have to be my favorite, my favorite junk food or unhealthy food.

In terms of food that I eat everyday, my favorite food would have to be avocado.

I really like Mexican food, and when I make food at home I tend to add avocado to everything. I'll either mix it into a recipe or just put it on top of something.

Um, yeah, very healthy fat, and something that I pretty much eat every single day.

Um, another thing that I also eat every day are eggs. I have another thing of eggs here. Another food that I add to a lot of different recipes and things, I ah, every morning I have scrambled eggs. I'll have about 3 scrambled eggs with some salsa, and it's just something that keeps me full, and uh, keeps me going and gives me energy.

Um, so those are probably my two favorite foods, that I definitely eat every single, every single day, and they're definitely healthy for me, too.
