How to become healthier

In my opinion people can become healthier by eating properly, so eating lots of fruits and vegetables, lots of grains, and just eating good food for your body.

Also, by exercising. It's really important to do weight training, which is good for your muscles, and also lots of cardio which gets your heart rate (going), which is good for your skin, and your bones, and just your whole body all around.

Things that I do to make myself healthier is (are) I work out every single day, and I do my best to eat healthier foods. I love fruits and vegetables, I don't eat a lot of meat, which does also help for eating healthier.

And I think its important for us to try and be healthier, because the healthier we are, the better we are in life. We feel better, it gives us more energy, and we just (become) come more alive.
