How I keep fit, that would, that would have to be swimming.

I go swimming quite a lot, almost every day.

I don't know if I'd call it exercise because I really, really enjoy it, and I don't, I'm not really intense with the swimming. It's more recreational, (for) luxury purposes.

But, I do a bit of running, that's, that's quite intense. (I) probably should do a bit more of that, if I'm honest, but. Yeah, mainly swimming, a bit of running, that's all.
