There's a few things I do to relax. I like to meditate. I like to watch TV, definitely (a) comedy will put me in a relaxing state of mind.
When I have anxiety I just, I breathe, really deep(ly). I'll sit for five minutes. Or I'll write things out to help me relax. That, and I'll either take a bath or a shower, because, just soaking really helps to calm the mind.
