What's your favorite beer and how did you get into beer brewing?

Well, I'm twenty two years old. And unfortunately, I don't sure you know, but the drinking age in the US is twenty one. Which is not fun. But basically I started off, you know, with the poor quality beers, that taste like water. And when I turned twenty one, you know, a whole new world basically, I could try different beers, and really experience "good" beer.

And that was awesome because there are so many different varieties and flavors to beer. It such a, I feel like it's a very underrated, you know, niche, almost. Whereas food you have so many options and styles. I feel like beer is very similar, and it's definitely what got me into brewing beer. I've been brewing basically since I turned twenty one.

And so far, I've brewed lagers, IPAs (India pale ale), double IPAs, pilsners, pale ales, American pale ales, hefeweizens. So, (I've) definitely brewed a few different beers, but I've got to say that my favorite is the pilsners, specifically the Czech pilsners, where they originated in (from). I think it's a very mild-balanced beer. It's not watered-down, it's very, very aromatic, it's got a good smell to it. It tastes very smooth. It doesn't matter what season it is. It always tastes pretty refreshing and crisp.

So, I really like brewing those and drinking those, obviously.
